باكرثنائي لترتيب أنابيب و ر ز اثنين في طبقتين 5000 2PROK-DORZ-1 psi

يتم استخدامه في سلسلة الإنتاج مع أنابيب قطرها الخارجي 140-178 مم لانبوبين اثنين و ر ز.

استخدام الجهاز يسمح بمايلي :

  • حماية أنابيب الإنتاج من آثار البيئة السيئة للمواد المستخرجة ;
  • تساعد على الضخ المنفصل من كل فوهة بئر نفط او غاز ;
  • تعمل على تنظيم حجم الطخ من فوهة البئر و الضغط في كل فترة ;
  • تعمل على قياس حجم السائل المضخ من البئر الى كل خزان .

الفوائد :

  • فترات فصل امنة لمراحل الانتاج ;
  • إمكانية استبدال الأنابيب الداخلية دون إزالة المنظومة ;
  • المرفقات : صمام معادلة وعقدة سلامة تهيئ الظروف لمعادلة الضغط في التصميم والفراغ الحلقي بين الأنابيب عند الاستخراج وزيادة سلامة الإصلاح وأعمال الطوارئ ;
  • تستوفي جميع المتطلبات والمعدات ل و ر ز.

1BHA top is the coupling of the equalizing valve, BHA bottom is the nipple of the axial-set packer (upon request they can be supplied with subs according to applied standard sizes of the tubing).

2Upon a special request it is supplied for T=150C˚.

2PROK-DORZ-1-118-59(40)-350-Т100-К3-2, where:

  • 2PROK — a double-packer BHA by NPF “Paker” LLC;
  • DORZ — dual injection through double string;
  • 1 — one emergency disconnection assembly;
  • 118 — outside diameter is 118 mm;
  • 59(40) — a passage bore of the BHA general part is 59 mm, internal one is 40 mm;
  • 350 — maximum pressure differential, atm;
  • Т100 — maximum operating temperature is 100°С;
  • К3 — corrosive version K3 (carbon dioxide of more than 10% and hydrochloric acid of up to 20%);;
  • 2 — the second configuration.
